. Role Context
· Supports compliance operations, including global certifications and automation/integration projects.
· Works closely with existing automation engineer (Oliver).
· Daily tasks include email review, ticket handling, Slack updates, and focused project work.
· Projects include custom API integrations with the new GRC tool for evidence automation.
· Building user access review recertification process via Airtable.
· Low collaboration with broader team; high collaboration with automation engineer.
· Success in first 90 days includes supporting/owning integrations, reducing manual work hours, and contributing to evidence automation maturity.
· Strong emphasis on validated candidates due to past experience with fraudulent resume.
4. Candidate Profile
· Required: Automation experience (MUST-HAVE).
· Required: At least one security certification (MUST-HAVE).
· Required: Extensive Python proficiency (MUST-HAVE).
· Required: API experience (MUST-HAVE).
· Required: Hands-on AWS experience (MUST-HAVE).
· Preferred: Kubernetes, Lambda, JQL, Elastic Cloud, JupiterOne, JumpCloud, Bitbucket, GitHub.
· Airtable helpful but not required.
· Mid-level to very experienced candidates preferred; junior candidates not suitable.
· Industry background not required.
· Personality traits: Collaborative, communicative, open to feedback, transparent.
