Pay: $25?$35 per hour plus incentives (Our installers average an additional $1,500 per month in incentives!)

At Triangle Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we provide HVAC, plumbing, drain, and electrical services to homeowners throughout Central Pennsylvania. Our full-service structure creates steady residential demand and gives our field teams the support of an organized dispatch operation, a fully stocked warehouse, parts runners, and experienced professionals across multiple trades.

We?re looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer who can take ownership of residential installations from start to finish, maintain high workmanship standards, and help develop less-experienced team members.

What You?ll Do

  • Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.

  • Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and company standards.

  • Design, fabricate, modify, and install ductwork and duct fittings as required.

  • Verify and load the equipment, materials, and tools needed for each job.

  • Direct and mentor an apprentice while supporting the development of their technical skills.

  • Perform equipment startups, system testing, airflow verification, and commissioning.

  • Identify and communicate equipment, material, or job-scope concerns promptly.

  • Complete all required paperwork, job notes, equipment records, and documentation accurately.

  • Protect customers? homes and maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.

  • Explain system operation and basic maintenance expectations to homeowners.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the assigned company vehicle.

  • Work safely and efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

  • Represent Triangle with professionalism, integrity, courtesy, and respect.

  • Remain flexible as schedules and departmental needs change.

What We?re Looking For

  • Previous residential HVAC installation experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, airflow, and installation practices.

  • Ability to lead installations and take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

  • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Ability to coach and mentor an apprentice.

  • Strong organization, multitasking, and jobsite problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Professional attitude and respect for customers and their homes.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver?s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on installation demand.

  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and regularly stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel to customer locations.
