What You''ll Work On
You''ll be building a fast-moving, production-grade platform — expanding its surface area from data intelligence into a full ecosystem of governed AI primitives. Your work will span backend systems, AI integration, and the product''s knowledge infrastructure, with direct impact on architecture decisions.

- Full-stack fluency — comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, and modern frontend; you don''t specialize yourself into a corner
- Systems thinking — you see how components compose into platforms, and you know the difference between a clever hack and durable architecture
- High autonomy — you can pick up a hard, underspecified problem, identify the right approach, and ship — without waiting to be told every step
- Bias toward doing — you ship, learn, and iterate quickly; you don''t over-engineer before you''ve validated
- Opinionated about quality — on correctness, auditability, and the kind of governance that makes AI outputs trustworthy
Stack Context
The platform is primarily Go on the backend, Python for AI services, React on the frontend, Postgres for persistence, and MCP as the agent protocol layer. Familiarity with any of these helps, but intellectual honesty and fast learning matter more than checkbox coverage.
