Job Requirements Experience :8+ yrsThe Senior Android Developer will design, build, and ship production-grade Android capabilities for an enterprise-scale consumer banking app. The role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, focused on modern modular Androidarchitecture, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, andproduction support across a regulated mobile environment.Own app performance across cold start, jank/frame time, memory, and APK or bundle size against measurabletargets.Build and maintain automated test suites, including unit tests, UI/Espresso tests, Compose UI tests, screenshottests, and regression coverage.Deploy through CI/CD pipelines with staged rollouts, feature flags, and crash/ANR monitoring.Instrument the app for observability through analytics, tracing, crash reporting, dashboards, alerts, and operationalrunbooks.Participate in design and architecture reviews where technical decisions affect downstream feature teams.Debug complex Android issues, including lifecycle edge cases, memory leaks, threading/concurrency defects, anddevice fragmentation problems.Own the vertical from design decision to shipped artifact and leave the codebase cleaner, more documented, andeasier for the permanent team to operate.Work Experience 7-10Years
