Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Platform Events, and third-party integrations.
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
Strong understanding of Apex testing, code coverage, debugging, performance tuning, and bulkification.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience and ability to work with architects, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development and technical implementation for enterprise applications.
Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Develop complex business logic, integrations, custom components, and automation.
Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Manage deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production.
Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical documentation.
Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, performance, scalability, and governance standards.

Preferred

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification
MuleSoft integration experience
Experience with Experience Cloud
Copado / Gearset / Jenkins / DevOps Center
Salesforce AI / Agentforce
Salesforce Architecture and enterprise integration experience.
