Job Details:
2.1.1 “Picking and Packing Services – Tier 1” |
- Receive orders from system, pick orders from shelf and load into delivery package
- Weigh delivery package and validate, and record weight before loading
- Request aircraft when package is ready to be delivered
- Carry package from packing area to aircraft pickup location
- Load aircraft with package
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Must be able to work alone or in a small team
- Report failed orders to the customer support team
- Escalate any loading or onsite issues to their team lead
- Perform daily inventory check and audit
- Other duties as needed and agreed upon by the Parties

2.1.2 “Picking and Packing Services – Tier 2” |
- Manage daily operations of the Personnel performing Tier 1 picking and packing Services (“Tier 1 Pick-Pack team”) and handle escalations from the team
- Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team
- Ensure failed orders are being reported to the customer support team
- Facilitate partner success by providing support as required to partners on-site
- Build sustainable relationships with partners through open communication
- Perform order fulfilment and package loading
- Communicate urgent issues to the Wipro customer designated site manager and Wipro customer team
- Review stock and inventory management
- Perform quarterly inventory audits
- Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members
- Other duties as needed and agreed upon by the parties
