Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site 4 days/week)

Client is seeking a Human Resources Transformation Lead to support a major Oracle Cloud transformation program for a pharma client in the Philadelphia area.
This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client's HR organization and Oracle HCM implementation team. The ideal candidate possesses deep HR process expertise and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience participating in HR technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with HR leadership to drive confidence and adoption
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define future-state HR processes
Track and communicate upcoming project activities, risks, and action items to HR and project leadership
Act as the bridge between HR users and the Oracle HCM implementation team
Support testing, change management, training, and deployment activities
Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience:
5+ years of HR, HR Operations, HRIS, HR Transformation, or HR Consulting experience
Experience supporting HR system implementations as either a consultant, business lead or end user
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, including:
Recruiting
Core HR
Workforce Compensation
Benefits Administration
Performance Management
Absence Management
Exceptional communication (10/10), facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud HCM experience (either as a consultant or end user)
Candidates should be ideally located within driving distance of Philadelphia and available to work on-site four days per week. If hotel stay is required, expenses will be fully reimbursable.
