Mid-level role within the Portfolio and Value Management Group:
We are seeking an onshore Pittsburgh candidate with a strong Agile Project Management background who can support central functions for Compliance Engineering. This role will not be directly responsible for product deliverables but will provide cross team support across our Portfolio and Value Management activities.

Scrum Lead or Release Train Engineer RTE capabilities to help facilitate PI Planning activities

Vendor management
Resource management including hiring processes
Financial and budget management
Backlog Management
Agile Delivery Metrics across ECE Solution Train
Velocity Reporting and Oversight Maintain sprint velocity metrics to RTEs and leadership clear visibility into delivery performance and risk.
Hosts Sprint reviews to challenge team on PI delivery run rate and monitor commitment risk.
Works across entire ECE solution train to support PI capacity forecasts.
PI Planning Execution across ECE Solution train
PI Pre Planning Readiness Coordinates inputs dependencies and readiness tasks to ensure all teams enter PI Planning fully prepared
PI Event Coordination Manages agendas invites logistics and facilitation support to deliver a smooth well-structured PI Planning event
PI Workflow Tracking Monitors PI commitments risks and cross team dependencies each sprint to maintain predictable delivery
PI Closure Governance Ensures timely PI closure completing all required artifacts hygiene checks and compliance steps
PO Engagement Provides PO participation metrics to reinforce accountability and engagement during PI events
Epic Monitoring Hygiene Reviews epic status and completeness to ensure PI deliverables meet governance and audit requirements
