Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and perform root cause analysis.
- Configure and maintain warehouse management systems, including system updates, performance improvements, and functional enhancements.
- Develop or optimize workflows, business rules, and automated solutions to improve warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with technical, ERP, warehouse, and vendor teams on integrations, enhancements, change management, and system support.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience with enterprise WMS solutions, including WMS Configuration, warehouse operations, implementations, and production support.

Technical Skills
|
WMS Configuration, WMS Support, WMS Business Rules, Workflow Development, System Integration, Cloud WMS, Application Troubleshooting

|
Business / Domain Skills
|

- Experience with multiple full-cycle WMS implementations and cloud-based warehouse solutions.
