DescriptionWe are seeking a PC Support Technician to support IT Warehouse and Deployment operations. This role focuses on hardware fulfillment, inventory management, deployment, and asset recovery while ensuring adherence to established IT policies and procedures.
The candidate will work primarily with hardware requests, warehouse operations, and ServiceNow ticket management to support end users across onsite and remote locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide desktop and warehouse support for IT deployment and fulfillment activities
- Manage and resolve assigned tickets through the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Fulfill hardware requests, including picking, packing, and shipping IT equipment
- Receive, check in, and maintain accurate warehouse hardware inventory
- Update SAP records for received, deployed, and returned IT assets
- Ship hardware based on approved requests and track shipments as needed
- Support equipment recovery for offboarded employees, including:
- Coordinating with managers to obtain required information
- Sending return boxes and FedEx labels to remote users
- Processing returned equipment in accordance with data retention and security practices
- Perform peripheral deployments (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.)
- Image and configure computers as required
- Perform onsite equipment pickups when necessary
Required Qualifications- Experience in an IT or technology-related role (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, or Hardware Fulfillment preferred)
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and computer hardware
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Familiarity with IT ticketing or incident management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM tools)
- Familiarity with asset tracking or inventory systems such as SAP
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform onsite pickups
Preferred Qualifications- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field
- CompTIA A+ certification

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
