Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML systems, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and dataset curation, and a proven ability to deliver reliable enterprise-grade AI outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Develop agentic workflows integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, and structured or unstructured data.
- Implement components across the RAG stack, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval, and prompt orchestration.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines combining retrieval, reasoning, and generation with production readiness.
- Optimize retrieval quality, latency, and accuracy through tuning and experimentation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for RAG systems, including retrieval metrics, grounding quality, and factual consistency.
- Identify and mitigate hallucinations, context drift, routing errors, and retrieval gaps.
- Collaborate with data science and platform teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Annotate and label datasets to support training, evaluation, and alignment workflows across NLP and retrieval tasks.
- Create high-quality labels for query classification, intent detection, entity extraction, relevance ranking, grounding, tool selection, agent routing, and response quality.
- Apply AI safety and alignment techniques to improve reliability and trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and RAG architectures, including Graph RAG.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, with experience deploying LLM-powered systems.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of LLM inference, prompt engineering, and context management at enterprise scale.
- Working knowledge of AI safety and alignment techniques such as Guardrails, RLHF, and CLHF.
- Background in retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search design and evaluation.
- Familiarity with model evaluation, benchmarking, and human-in-the-loop feedback workflows.
- Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, VS Code, JIRA, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex AI system behaviors.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience with evaluation of retrieval quality, grounding, and factuality for RAG systems.
