About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Systems / Network Administrator to support our IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and users. This is a hands-on role and a great opportunity to grow your skills in a secure, fast-paced payments environment.

Responsibilities

Support Windows servers and workstations
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
Monitor servers, backups, and network connectivity
Assist with system updates, patches, and security
Maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR relevant industry certifications
2+ years of IT, systems, network, or technical support experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and networking
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
Familiarity with Active Directory
Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following is preferred:

CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
Cisco CCNA
Microsoft Certified credentials related to Windows Server, Azure, or Microsoft 365

Nice to Have
Experience with Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, IIS, SQL Server, PowerShell, or firewall administration.
