Oracle Fusion RTR Functional Consultant
Job Description Summary
The Oracle Fusion Record-to-Report (RTR) Functional Consultant will lead the functional design and validation of core financial accounting processes within Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
This role supports future-state R2R processes across General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Close.
The consultant will collaborate with Finance, Integration, Data Migration, and Reporting teams to ensure accurate accounting and smooth period-close execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops across GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, and Financial Close
- Analyze current-state financial processes
- Design future-state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA, FAH)
- Develop BPDs, configuration workbooks, and FDS documentation
- Support chart of accounts design, calendar configuration, and ledger setup
- Validate integrations with PTP, OTC, PPM, FAH, and EPM platforms
- Support data migration (GL balances, assets, bank data)
- Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Support cutover and post-go-live hypercare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 15+ years ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials
- Strong knowledge of subledger to GL accounting and multi-ledger environments
- Experience with FAH, EPM (FCCS/EPBCS), and OIC integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
