Job Description:
We are seeking an Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and lead cloud?based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. This role focuses on architecture, integration, and technical leadership for enterprise customer experience platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end?to?end Amazon Connect contact center solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures
Design IVR, call routing, omni?channel, and customer experience flows
Lead integrations with CRM systems and third?party platforms
Define AWS security, scalability, resiliency, and cost?optimization practices
Guide development teams on Lambda, Lex, APIs, analytics, and best practices
Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in contact center or cloud architecture
Strong hands?on expertise with Amazon Connect
Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
Solid understanding of contact center concepts (IVR, ACD, CTI, reporting)
Excellent stakeholder communication and solution?design skills
Preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience with Contact Lens, Amazon Lex, and CRM integrations
Background with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Avaya)
