Job Location: Washington, DC (Remote - Quarterly travel required for PI Planning at D.C. or Wilmington, DE)

JOB SUMMARY
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide Cyber Resiliency and Operational Resilience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Cyber Resilience, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, risk management, or similar enterprise resilience programs.
The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support resilience planning, operational readiness, recovery coordination, testing and exercises, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support Cyber Resiliency, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Recovery initiatives across the organization.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to resilience and recovery programs.
Support resilience planning and readiness assessments across business and technology functions.
Coordinate business continuity and recovery activities, including tracking actions, dependencies, risks, and readiness items.
Support operational readiness assessments and identify gaps, risks, and areas requiring remediation.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and documenting resilience exercises, testing, simulations, and recovery activities.
Work with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, security, and operational teams to support cyber resilience program execution.
Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, procedures, and supporting project documentation.
Track and analyze resilience metrics, KPIs, status reports, risks, issues, and action items.
Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives based on assessment and exercise results.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather information, identify requirements, and resolve issues.
Support development of business cases, process models, requirements documentation, and other project deliverables as needed.
Assist with UAT, test case development, validation, and quality assurance activities where applicable.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key findings to relevant stakeholders.
Support change management, user adoption, and awareness activities associated with resilience initiatives.

Required Experience

Strong Business Analysis experience in a large or complex enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following:
- Cyber Resiliency
- Operational Resilience
- Business Continuity
- Disaster Recovery
- Risk Management / Risk & Resilience Programs
- Operational Readiness
Experience with requirements gathering analysis, documentation, and traceability.
Experience supporting resilience assessments, recovery planning, exercises, testing, or readiness activities.
Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating activities across multiple teams.
Experience with metrics, reporting, risk/action tracking, and analysis.
Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage assigned deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to drive activities to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience within a large enterprise.
Experience in the travel, airline, transportation, or other complex operational industries is beneficial.
Familiarity with enterprise applications and tools used for requirements, documentation, collaboration, and project tracking.
Experience supporting continuous improvement and organizational resilience programs.
CBAP or another recognized Business Analysis certification.
