Position: Product Owner (Commercial & Business Banking)
Location: on-site in Buffalo, NY

What You'll Need to Have:

6+ years of Product Owner, product management, or related experience
Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog grooming and PI planning
Banking industry experience required
Experience with Account Opening (AO), deposits, or embedded banking (strongly preferred)
Experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Proven ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver committed work
Strong communication skills with experience reporting to senior business stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to operate independently and quickly ramp in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture
Experience using Miro or Figma for roadmap development
Experience working on front-end integrations or platform modernization initiatives
