We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our staffing business by partnering with companies that need reliable talent and workforce solutions. If you’re competitive, motivated by earnings, and enjoy owning your territory, this role offers uncapped commission and real growth potential.
Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach
Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand their workforce challenges
Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions
Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business
Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Grow and maintain long-term client partnerships
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing sales ONLY)
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mindset with a competitive drive
Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity
