Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves leading the delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure and technology programs such as cloud transformation and network modernization. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional dependencies and operate within Agile and hybrid frameworks in a regulated financial services environment. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Manage program and project delivery across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
- Deliver complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Operate within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
- Oversee portfolio, program, and project financial management
- Ensure risk, audit, and compliance delivery
- Provide dashboarding and executive-level delivery reporting
- Manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
- Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
- Proven track record delivering large-scale or enterprise initiatives
- Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
- Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
- Knowledge of niche technologies (e.g., Automation, Terraform, network, hosting, mainframe)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Agile View, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour
