Summary
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, with a current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) and strong leadership in facilitating Agile ceremonies and Scrum processes.
- Strong Agile, Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, testing, and release management experience using VersionOne/Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies, managing Scrum artifacts, removing impediments, and delivering projects on time.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, DevSecOps, and Mainframe is a plus.
