Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and observability. This role requires hands-on expertise in AWS, infrastructure as code, and modern monitoring tools to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Write and maintain automation scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications and services
Establish best practices for DevOps processes, including version control, testing, and deployment strategies
Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Experience with system performance tuning and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
