Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AFS Vision Business Analyst to support a major system conversion initiative within a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to ensure a successful transition to the AFS Vision platform.

Given the niche nature of AFS Vision expertise, this role requires an onshore resource with prior hands-on experience in AFS Vision implementations and in migrating from Legacy AFS III to AFS Vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial Real Estate Operations teams to gather and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and reporting requirements for AFS Vision

• Support data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation activities during conversion

• Partner with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

• Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and UAT support

• Identify gaps, risks, and issues related to the AFS Vision conversion and propose solutions

• Assist in process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Provide ongoing support during conversion, go-live, and post-implementation phases

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services

• Hands-on experience with AFS Vision (required)

• Experience supporting system implementations or conversions

• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending operations

• Strong experience in:

  • Business requirements gathering

  • Functional documentation

  • UAT coordination and execution

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loan servicing platforms or lending systems

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

• Prior experience working in large banking environments
