Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise IT Support Engineer to provide onsite L2 support for end-user computing services. The role focuses on resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, supporting desktop environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in an enterprise setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)

  • Support VPN access, Citrix connectivity, and RSA tokens

  • Perform password resets and basic user access support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and enterprise applications

  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate replacements

  • Support Apple iOS and Android devices

  • Handle L2 incidents and service requests within SLA timelines

  • Manage and update tickets using Ivanti LanDesk (or similar ITSM tools)

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities (account setup, device readiness)

  • Participate in desktop rollouts, refresh projects, and site deployments

  • Follow SOPs, runbooks, and IT support processes


Required Skills

  • 4 7 years of enterprise desktop/end-user IT support experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills (L2 level)

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Windows 10/11

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • Citrix (connectivity support)

    • VPN & RSA tokens

    • Ivanti LanDesk or similar ticketing tools

    • Printers, drivers, and peripherals

    • Apple iOS & Android devices

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Nice to Have

  • ITIL knowledge

  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects and migrations
