Overview
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer with strong Web Stack development expertise to support a special project focused on code review, gap analysis, and software development.

This individual will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3+ years of software development experience.
• Possess strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.
• Professional experience in a mid-level or senior-level role.

WHAT YOU BRING (IDEAL EXPERIENCE)

• University degree required.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years experience operating in a mid-level or senior-level development role.
• Experience leading projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to think critically, solve abstract problems, and take ownership of solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with code reviews, branch management, merge conflict resolution, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Perform code reviews and gap analysis between development output and business requirements.
• Support the analysis, development, modification, testing, and maintenance of software applications and operating system software.
• Assist in evaluating software and hardware options, risks, costs, and business impacts.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and implement resolutions.
• Develop and modify information system programs.
• Support implementation of moderately complex multi-platform operating systems and applications.
• Resolve technical problems while considering system limitations, capacity, performance, and desired outcomes.
• Assist with gathering system requirements through user interaction and analysis.
• Monitor software project progress, track activities, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a development team.
• Follow all applicable physical and digital security practices and organizational code of conduct requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $46 $64 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the overall compensation package. This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and optional health, dental, and vision insurance.
