Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, strong architectural governance experience, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Experience
Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals and IT roadmap
· Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using the .NET ecosystem
· Lead architecture for cloud-native and microservices-based applications
· Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
· Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies
· Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization
· Oversee system integration strategies across enterprise platforms
· Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles
· Drive modernization initiatives including legacy system transformation to cloud platforms
· Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture
· Strong expertise in .NET technologies (.NET Core / .NET 6+, , C#)
· Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
· Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)
· Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise integration patterns
· Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
· Expertise in database design (SQL Server, NoSQL databases)
· Experience in event-driven architecture (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
· Knowledge of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
· Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
