Chief AI and Data Office (CAIDO) Product Enablement Manager Boston/New York Description We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven professional to join the Chief AI & Data Office (CAIDO) Product Enablement Manager. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercialization, and client-enablement - ensuring data-driven tools and capabilities are successfully packaged, launched, adopted, and scaled across the organization and client base.
You will partner closely with Data, Product, Sales, and Client Service teams to transform internal capabilities into market-ready offerings, enable revenue growth, and drive consistent adoption and value realization across clients.
This role reports to the Chief AI & Data Officer and plays a critical part in formalizing new AI, data, and analytics capabilities into scalable products and services.
Job specification Objectives: - Translate CAIDO tools and capabilities into commercialized, client-ready products
- Enable successful go-to-market execution and internal adoption across Sales and Client teams
- Drive product adoption, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
- Support revenue growth through commercialization, positioning, and enablement
- Ensure global consistency, service quality, and measurable product impact
- Product Commercialization & Strategy
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of global data product offerings
- Define and commercialize configurable data management solutions for portfolio managers and investment services
- Partner with Data Product teams to package, price, position, and launch products
- Support product lifecycle management from ideation through adoption and optimization
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to product roadmap prioritization based on market demand
- Product Enablement & Adoption
- Develop enablement frameworks to support internal teams (Sales, Client Services, Operations)
- Create product position, messaging, and value proposition materials
- Enable go-to-market readiness through playbooks, training, and sales support tools
- Drive adoption metrics, usage tracking, and feedback loops to improve product effectiveness
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and commercial strategy
- Sales & Client Partnership
- Support sales strategy by articular value proposition and differentiators
- Translate complex data capabilities into client-relevant business outcomes
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities and needs
- Collaborate with commercial teams to convert opportunities into scalable offerings
- Performance & Insights
- Analyze sales performance, product adoption, and client engagement metrics
- Define KPIs for product success, commercialization, and enablement effectiveness
- Use data insights to inform strategy, roadmap evolution, and expansion initiatives
Skills Required: Experience - Experience in data services, data products, or analytics-driven environments
- Strong background in fund accounting, investment management, or financial services
- Experience commercializing products or enabling go-to-market strategies
- Exposure to product lifecycle management, product marketing, or sales enablement and selling
Core Competencies - Ability to package and position products for commercial success
- Strong understanding of product adoption, enablement, and customer journey
- Experience translating technical/data capabilities into business value
- Proficiency with data analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Familiarity with IT and business infrastructure supporting product delivery

Salary ranges from USD $175,000- USD $225,000. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
