QA Automation Lead

Hiring: QA Automation Lead - W2 position
Location: Lincoln, NE (Must be local)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Interview: Mandatory in-person interview

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using C#, Visual Studio, and Selenium WebDriver
- Design and implement risk-based QA strategies and test plans.
- Perform smoke, regression, integration, API, and web services testing.
- Conduct manual testing and automate test scenarios.
- Troubleshoot defects and document test results.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, PMs, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead, mentor, and train QA team members.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of QA Automation experience.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in **C#, Visual Studio, and Selenium WebDriver**.
- Postman API testing.
- Git source control and .NET Entity Framework.
- MVC/MVP architecture.
- XML, XSD Schemas, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
- Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Telerik Toolset.
- Web Services and Windows Services.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- SSRS, SSIS, and Active Directory authentication.
- Experience with legacy COBOL/CICS/DB2 systems.
