About the Role:
Aaratech is seeking a detail-oriented Cyber Security Engineer to secure retail IT environments including POS systems, eCommerce platforms, cloud infrastructure, and corporate networks. The role focuses on protecting customer data, monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security events using SIEM tools

• Perform vulnerability scans and support remediation

• Support incident response and threat analysis

• Secure POS, eCommerce, and cloud (AWS) environments

• Manage IAM, MFA, and access controls

• Support PCI-DSS compliance

• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams

• Maintain security documentation

Required Skills

• 3 years cyber security experience

• SIEM (Splunk/ELK/QRadar)

• Vulnerability tools (NessQualys/Rapid7)

• Network security (Firewalls, VPN)

• AWS cloud security basics

• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10

• Windows/Linux

Preferred

• Security+ / CEH / AWS Security

• PCI-DSS exposure

• Basic scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
