Overview

• The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience managing complex programs, developing high-performing teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders within matrixed organizations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring programs are executed on cost, schedule, quality, and performance commitments while supporting the long-term strategic objectives of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy program management strategies, standards, and best practices across the Power and Data Division.
• Provide leadership for program management teams supporting multiple business units.
• Establish program baselines, governance structures, and performance metrics to ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies, tools, reporting systems, and business processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor program health, performance, risks, and resource utilization.
• Identify underperforming programs and lead corrective action and recovery efforts.
• Mentor and develop program managers and senior leaders, building organizational capability and leadership depth.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and executive teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Ensure compliance with government and commercial contract requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction and business profitability.
• Position program management as a strategic enabler of revenue growth and operating margin improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Program Management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex programs, portfolios, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing functional strategies and implementing large-scale organizational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven success operating within matrixed organizations.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships.
