UI UX Developer

Job Title: UI UX Developer
Duration : 12 Months

Note: This is a 100% remote role.

Description of Duties

Role Descriptions:

Define and run UX processes, such as discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
Translate business requirements into UX artifacts, including personas, workflows, wireframes, and design standards
Facilitate UX workshops with business and end users (discovery, validation, feedback loops)
Operate within delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum), integrating UX into sprint planning and development
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure UX intent is realized in the build
Use tools like Figma as enablers, not as the primary skill (process > tooling)
