Job Summary
The Business Analyst role is very cross-functional. You will work closely with Supply Chain Transformation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Suppliers, Customers and Cisco IT.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role, ideally in a semiconductor environment
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field
- Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes
- Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong skills in process mapping tools, such as Visio, Miro, etc.
- Ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional workflows and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit practices
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
