Job Summary
Seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst with experience supporting Epic and healthcare IT systems in a clinical environment. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, managing ServiceNow tickets, handling account access requests, and providing remote support for Epic applications and related systems.

Required Skills

2+ years of Epic or EHR support experience in healthcare environments
Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing systems
Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR platforms
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Experience with account provisioning, password resets, and remote desktop support

Preferred Skills

Epic certification (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, or Service Desk)
Experience supporting Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, or HIM
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare IT environments
