Job Description

We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 2 to support the Analytics and Visualization team in a staff augmentation capacity. This role will primarily function as a Tableau Administrator, responsible for maintaining the Tableau environment, managing user access, and supporting business users with data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Tableau environments (test and production)
Manage user access, permissions, and licenses
Promote Tableau workbooks from test to production
Execute configuration scripts to onboard new business areas
Provide user support and troubleshoot Tableau-related issues
Maintain and support MS Teams and SharePoint environments related to Tableau
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
Conduct user training and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience with Python programming
1+ year of Tableau Site Administration and dashboard development
1+ year of MS Teams administration experience
1+ year of experience writing SQL queries
1+ year of experience as a technical trainer
1+ year of experience with Power BI (report development and user support)
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
