Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect with strong UiPath expertise to design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in RPA architecture, solution design, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
Analyze and document current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Select appropriate RPA tools and technologies and design scalable automation frameworks.
Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems, applications, and databases.
Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting code reviews.
Drive digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee release management, deployment processes, and documentation of delivered solutions.
Prepare SDDs based on PDDs and business requirements.
Participate in project lifecycle phases: design, build, test, and deployment.
Monitor automation performance, track success metrics, and propose improvements.
Support post-implementation maintenance and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Strong experience in RPA architecture and solution design.
Willingness to travel to client/project locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong expertise in UiPath design methodologies and best practices.
Experience leading RPA teams and delivering enterprise-scale automation projects.
Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and monitoring automated workflows.
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat files (CSV, Fixed-width).
Experience designing APIs and integration frameworks.
Experience creating project documentation (WBS, PDD, SDD).
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and proposals.
