WMS Business Systems Analyst (Onsite)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a WMS Business Systems Analyst onsite in Everman, TX - 5 Days a Week.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the operational lead during a warehouse management system (WMS) transformation, owning process mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and zero-downtime cutover planning between current and future-state systems
* Partner closely with systems architecture and software engineering teams to test, deploy, and continuously optimize WMS functionality supporting warehouse operations
* Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, with exposure to Power BI and Tableau, to monitor throughput, inventory accuracy, and system adoption
* Manage day-to-day backend WMS operations, including data integrity, user access controls, and first-level issue triage prior to escalation to engineering
* Act as the primary liaison between warehouse associates and technical teams by translating floor-level challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements
* Own the full Go-Live lifecycle: coordinating beta testing, creating SOPs, delivering hands-on training, and serving as on-site lead during system deployments

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in a WMS, business systems analyst, or technical operations role within a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
* Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; Experience supporting or migrating from legacy or custom systems to modern database-driven platforms preferred
* Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Looker Studio, with familiarity in Power BI or Tableau
* Hands-on experience working with software development teams, including UAT processes, ticket submission, and Agile/Sprint environments
* Proven ability to translate operational feedback into technical documentation and convert technical release information into clear guidance for warehouse users
* Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable supporting live operational systems while contributing to large-scale system modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
