Salary: $105,000.00 USD Annually - $136,000.00 USD Annually

Mid-level Application Programmer/Analyst supporting enterprise web-based applications

Role is hands-on development focused, with some business analysis and stakeholder interaction. Environment is primarily .NET / IIS / Oracle.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain complex internal web applications

• Work within an existing enterprise application ecosystem

• Produce documentation: scope docs, data flow diagrams, wireframes, QA/test plans

• Own assigned components of larger projects (timelines, delivery, install support)

• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and departments to gather requirements and recommend system solutions

• Create functional and technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders

Technical Requirements (Must-Have):

• .NET development experience (object-oriented, classes/objects)

• 3-5 years professional programming experience

• Experience in an enterprise-level environment

• CI/CD and DevOps tools experience

• CSS for UI layout and formatting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle or relational database experience

• Higher education or regulated-industry background

• Experience supporting internal business applications

Candidate Profile Target:

• Comfortable working in existing systems (not greenfield only)

• Strong documentation discipline

• Able to interface with non-technical stakeholders
