Summary

Marketing Specialist IV

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $45–$55/hour DOE

Russell Tobin is supporting a leading global technology and eCommerce organization in the search for a Marketing Specialist IV to join a high-performing North America marketing team. This role will provide planning, operational, and campaign execution support across large-scale brand and media initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, media planning knowledge, marketing operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general marketing support and project management for a major line of business within a large-scale marketing organization
  • Support development and execution of integrated media plans across channels including:
    • Video (Linear TV, Streaming TV, Premium Online Video)
    • Audio (Radio, Streaming, Podcasts)
    • Outdoor
    • Digital and Mobile
    • Print (Newspapers and Magazines)
  • Assist with marketing campaign execution, reporting, and optimization initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and support internal review meetings to analyze and improve results
  • Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to identify optimal media placements and audience targeting opportunities
  • Manage budget trackers, purchase order requests, invoice approvals, and monthly forecasting activities in partnership with Finance and Media teams
  • Project manage marketing deliverables, production timelines, milestones, approvals, and cross-functional action items
  • Help facilitate creative production and trafficking processes including messaging maps, trafficking sheets, and spec reviews
  • Support development and production of marketing collateral, including revision management and approvals
  • Author basic marketing and editorial content as needed
  • Manage technical training and certification program operations
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, vendors, and finance teams
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of media fundamentals and marketing operations best practices


Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, event planning, demand generation, content creation, media planning, or budget management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience working within Microsoft funding programs
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise marketing campaigns
