Role and Responsibilities: The SAP Field Service Management (formerly CoreSystems) Consultant develops or assists in implementing SAP software that meets the functional and non-functional project requirements in the implementation, enhancement and support of Customer Service centric projects. This includes producing application code on-time, on-budget, and in compliance with Capgemini implementation standards and practices as well as general industry & platform-specific leading practices.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will have demonstrated team leadership and possess configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product (formerly known as Coresystems recently acquired by SAP which rebranded it to SAP FSM)
• The candidate must have prior working experience with Customer Service & Field Service Processes.
• The candidate is required to have robust consulting skills, including familiarity with SAP s ERP Products (SAP S/4 & SAP ECC) and extensive presentation capabilities as this is a client facing role.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management module. The candidate must be proficient in SAP FSM solution (web and mobile applications) with hands-on configuration experience in Field Service Management console and leading the customer on FSM business processes across all roles.
• The consultant must have experience with configuring sub-modules within FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material Journal approval functionality, Smartform settings, Crowd Service and Customer Self-Service functionality.
• The candidate should be knowledgeable with FSM Analytics/Reports dashboards and FSM Master Data Objects.
• The candidate is expected to have integration experiences with other SAP functional domains such as plant maintenance, sales and distribution, inventory management, materials management, and logistics execution modules.
• The candidate must have prior working experience with Equipment Maintenance/ Asset Management/ Work Order processing (Plant and Fleet Maintenance), Indirect Procurement, Inventory Management operations, Customer Service Contacts/Agreements and Logistics.
• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC), SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) and SAP Service to Cash (STC)

Required Technologies and Skills:

• B.S. Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent Experience
• Minimum 9 years of recent experience in implementing technological solutions
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience implementing Field Service Management Solutions (Core Systems)
• Minimum 2 years of implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA and or SAP C/4HANA
• Basic understanding of Field Service Management Solutions.
• Solid understanding of both Scheduling & Dispatch Capabilities of SAP FSM.
• Superior problem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking.
• Capable of successfully leading Small Size or Simple Complexity projects.
• Strong communication skills verbal and written (documentation, code, email, etc.)
• Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track records of the meeting and exceeding goals.
• Strong organization skills scheduling, prioritizing, planning, tracking.
• Platform / Technical Skills:

• SAP Field Service Management (CoreSystems)
• SAP S/4 & SAP ECC
• SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / Service Cloud
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
• REST/API services
• Should be well aware of the S/4HANA & SAP ECC both on premises & cloud integrations.
• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC), SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) and SAP Service to Cash (STC) a plus.
