Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Gather reporting requirements from CMDB, Asset Management, IT Operations, and Service Management stakeholders.
Design, develop and troubleshoot CMDB dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Develop executive-level reporting to demonstrate CMDB maturity and business value.
Document dashboard designs, data sources, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reports.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix CMDB, Remedy ITSM, or related BMC Helix modules.
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, Configuration Items (CIs), class hierarchy, attributes, and relationships.
Experience with BMC Helix Dashboards, Smart Reporting, Helix Data Manager, or equivalent reporting technologies.
Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Experience with data modeling, ETL concepts, and integration reporting.
Knowledge of ITIL Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) processes.
