Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AuditBoard Architect in Tampa, FL.

Summary:
The AuditBoard Architect will serve as the enterprise lead responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of the CrossComply module. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Information Security, Compliance, Audit, and business units to translate regulatory, security, and operational requirements into scalable, efficient CrossComply solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy & Architecture:
* Own the overall architecture, design standards, and best practices for the AuditBoard CrossComply platform
* Develop scalable configurations aligned with governance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI, HIPAA, and internal controls
* Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into platform capabilities and workflow automation

Implementation & Configuration:
* Lead all phases of the CrossComply implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post go live support
* Configure controls, frameworks, risks, tests, narratives, evidence workflows, and integrations
* Build automation workflows, control mapping, task assignments, reminders, and customized dashboards
* Drive data modeling and metadata strategy within the CrossComply platform

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Leadership:
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with control owners, engineers, auditors, and compliance leaders
* Capture and document business requirements, process flows, and operational needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of hands on AuditBoard CrossComply implementation experience, including configuration and architectural design
* Proven experience leading GRC technology implementations or similar platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, ZenGRC)
* Experience designing workflows, control libraries, mappings, and automated evidence collection
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate abstract requirements into practical system capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
* AuditBoard Certifications (CrossComply or Implementation certifications)
* Background in IT Audit, Risk Management, Information Security, or Compliance
* Experience with enterprise integrations and API based automation
* Familiarity with internal controls, ITGCs, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
