Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Billing Business Analyst with strong expertise in Duck Creek BillingCenter and P&C Insurance domain. The candidate will gather business requirements, support billing implementations, work with stakeholders, and coordinate with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows

·         Analyze billing workflows, invoicing, payments, and collections

·         Work with developers, QA, and business teams during implementation

·         Support UAT, defect tracking, and production issue analysis

·         Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

·         Required Skills

·         8+ years of BA experience in Insurance domain

·         4+ years of Duck Creek BillingCenter experience

·         Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and billing processes

·         Experience with BRD/FRD, Agile, Jira, and SQL

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

·         Duck Creek Policy/Claims exposure

·         API/Web Services knowledge

·         Duck Creek certification preferred
