Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Denver, CO - local
Work Arrangement: 5 day onsite
Client Industry: Fortune 500 Client
Duration: 12-24 Months Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Must Haves:
- 7+ years development background with designing, developing, and deploying high volume transactional apps
- Python FastAPI Framework
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases
- Experience with Git version control system
- Understanding of Agile development processes
- SQL and data modeling experience
- Understand SQL Objects, query optimization
- Experience with component based web application framework
- Good communication experience
Plusses:
- .Net experience
- Jenkins experience
- MSBUILD, Ansible, XLR
- Automated testing background
- Event Based integration services using Message Brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile, Kanban/
- Experience with cyber security related workflows/solutions/implementation
Day to Day:
- Contribute to story refinement/defining requirement
- Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new idea
- Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirement
- Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client require
- Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work
- Design/develop/modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architect
- Design/develop/maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65-$68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
