Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and solutions. As a senior member of the development team, you will play a key role in shaping architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using best-in-class technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to create responsive and intuitive web interfaces.
• Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Ensure web applications are secure, accessible, and follow SEO and web standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in web development, including advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Version Control Systems: Git, TFS, or similar tools.
• Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent
• Web Development Frameworks: .NET, ASP.NET, and other modern frameworks.
• Programming Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Web Technologies: RESTful APIs, AJAX, JSON, and XML.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
• Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
