IAM / AI Architect

Looking for a candidate who designs secure, AI-driven identity systems, integrating AI into Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies, such as adaptive authentication and AI agent security

frameworks (RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust) for AI agents, ensuring secure access to data while aligning with compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2). [, , ]

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Strategy: Develops AI-augmented identity solutions, such as using ML to detect anomalous access patterns or user behavior.
AI Agent Governance: Defines access boundaries, roles, and security policies for autonomous AI agents and bot identities.
Security & Compliance: Ensures AI systems operate under least-privilege principles and comply with data protection regulations.
Architecture Design: Leads the architecture of IAM components (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID) to support AI workloads in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Risk Mitigation: Collaborates with security teams to identify, assess, and manage risks related to AI technologies, including data leakage through AI agents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in both Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AI/ML technologies, often at a senior or principal level.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and AI frameworks (LLMs, MLOps).
Leadership: Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and present security strategies to executives.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

IAM Tools: SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Radiant Logic.
AI/Cloud Tools: AWS AI services, Azure AI Services, SAP BTP, MLOps pipelines.
Security Protocols: Zero Trust, RBAC, ABAC
