Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Designer I (UX/UI) to join our team and support the design of authenticated customer experiences. This role focuses on creating intuitive user experiences for onboarding, registration, login, AI-enabled features, and customer-facing dashboards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in Figma, work within an established design system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
Required Skills:
Experience with Figma
Strong understanding of UX principles and information architecture
Experience designing customer-facing dashboards
Knowledge of content hierarchy and user flows
Architectural and systems thinking
Strong content-focused design skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
Design and enhance authenticated user experiences
Create wireframes, user flows, and UI designs in Figma
Improve onboarding, registration, login, and AI-enabled experiences
Maintain consistency using established design systems
Develop content hierarchy and interaction patterns
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers
Support customer-facing dashboard design
Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively
