Summary
Job Description – Strategic Technical Account Director
Location: Miami, Florida (Travel across Florida required)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive account growth and engagement strategies
across customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, technical
teams, operational leadership, and key decision-makers
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase Diamanti platforms, solutions,
and customer use cases
• Lead customer proof-of-concepts (POCs), evaluations, deployments, and
technical engagements
• Identify and drive pipeline expansion opportunities across multiple business
units and customer locations
• Manage customer projects, timelines, deliverables, and operational coordination
activities
• Coordinate onsite service teams, technical resources, and sales representatives
aligned to the account
• Schedule and lead customer meetings, executive briefings, workshops, lunches,
dinners, and relationship-building initiatives
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and executive teams to
support strategic opportunities and drive successful deal closures
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining alignment with
customer SLAs, project goals, and business objectives
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related
field
• Proven experience in enterprise account management, customer success,
technical account management, or strategic sales roles
• Strong experience managing large enterprise customers and executive-level
relationships
• Ability to manage complex customer engagements involving technical,
operational, and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing
projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable leading customer discussions, executive briefings, and technical
solution presentations
• Ability to travel extensively across Florida and maintain approximately 75%
onsite presence at customer locations
• Must reside in or near the Miami, Florida area
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes,
virtualization, storage, or data center technologies
• Prior experience supporting utility, energy, or large-scale enterprise customers
• Exposure to technical solution selling and customer deployment management
• Experience working in high-growth technology organizations
