Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO/FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and SAP FICA to support enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA implementations and financial transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience across end-to-end SAP project implementations, financial integrations, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities
•    Lead SAP FICO and FICA implementation and support activities. 
•    Manage FI-SD and FI-MM integration for financial and logistics processes. 
•    Configure and support AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Cost Center Accounting. 
•    Support Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and SAP Controlling processes. 
•    Implement and support Automatic Payments, Lockbox, and Electronic Bank Statements. 
•    Work on foreign currency valuation, translation, and tax processing. 
•    Gather business requirements, identify gaps, and design SAP solutions. 
•    Manage onsite/offshore coordination and project deliverables. 
•    Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
•    Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including testing and deployment.

Qualifications
•    Minimum 10+ years of SAP consulting experience. 
•    2–3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience required. 
•    Strong expertise in SAP FICO and SAP FICA modules. 
•    Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•    SAP Certification in FICO, RAR, or SD. 
•    Experience in large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
