Job Title:             Astrix / NHI Security Analyst

Location:            100% Remote

Duration:            3 Years Contract

Role Focus: Hands-on Astrix operations, NHI discovery, security monitoring, risk investigation, and remediation coordination - not ownership of enterprise-wide NHI governance.

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Astrix / NHI Security Analyst to support the organization's Non-Human Identity security operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, investigating, and remediating risks associated with service accounts, API keys, OAuth applications, tokens, service principals, and AI agent identities across SaaS, cloud, and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Astrix platform for continuous NHI discovery, monitoring, and risk assessment.
  • Identify and investigate risks involving API keys, OAuth integrations, service accounts, tokens, and machine identities.
  • Triage security alerts related to excessive permissions, stale credentials, suspicious activity, and misconfigurations.
  • Coordinate with IAM, SOC, cloud security, and application teams to drive remediation.
  • Support credential rotation, access revocation, least-privilege enforcement, and removal of unused identities.
  • Maintain risk dashboards, investigation records, and remediation reports.
  • Support NHI threat detection and ITDR initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Astrix Security or similar NHI security platforms.
  • Strong understanding of NHI, service accounts, API keys, OAuth 2.0, tokens, and machine identities.
  • Experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, alert triage, and incident investigation.
  • Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, least privilege, and credential management.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, SaaS, and DevOps environments.
  • Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
