Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data & BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Databricks, Spark, and Power BI to design, develop, and support scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with modern data platforms and business intelligence tools, delivering high-quality reporting and data insights in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Spark (PySpark/Scala)

·         Build, optimize, and support Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reports

·         Develop and maintain IBM Cognos reports and framework models as required

·         Implement dimensional data models (fact/dimension, star schema) for reporting and analytics

·         Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks

·         Optimize Databricks jobs and Power BI models for performance and scalability

·         Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage data access controls

·         Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

·         Work within Agile delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
