Epic Willow Analyst (Inpatient / Inventory / Pharmacy)

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Epic Willow Analysts to support multiple healthcare system initiatives focused on pharmacy workflows, medication management, and Epic optimization. These engagements involve a combination of system build, configuration, workflow analysis, and operational support across Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Willow experience and be comfortable collaborating with pharmacy teams, clinicians, and IT leadership to design and maintain safe, efficient medication workflows. This role may include build support, optimization work, and go-live assistance, depending on the project.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Inventory functionality
Support medication build, order sets, dispensing workflows, and medication records
Configure and maintain compounding & repackaging (CNR) functionality
Support medication dispensing, inventory management, and medication loading
Assist with ERX configuration and infusion calculator build where applicable
Perform workflow analysis and system optimization to improve pharmacy operations
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and technical teams
Support go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization when needed
Maintain documentation, testing scripts, and build standards
Provide guidance to internal teams on Willow best practices
