As the Finance Transformation Change Management Lead, you will own the end-to-end change management strategy and execution across this enterprise-wide transformation. You will act as a boundaryless leader, partnering across Finance, IT, HR, and business teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term business impact.What You''ll Be Responsible For
Change Management & Transformation Enablement- Own and develop the change management strategy across Finance Transformation initiatives including Oracle Cloud (GL, EPM, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS) and Chart of Accounts redesign
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning
- Embed change management into core project milestones to drive adoption and value realization
- Define success metrics, manage risks, and drive leadership alignment
- Monitor adoption and provide course-correction recommendations
Communications & Engagement
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across all transformation phases
- Craft compelling, data-driven narratives for diverse audiences including executives, FP&A, and budget owners
- Create high-quality content including executive briefings, digital assets, and video communications
- Drive engagement strategies that reduce resistance and accelerate adoption
Training & Adoption
- Partner with Finance, IT, HR, and L&D teams to design and deliver role-based training programs aligned with system releases and process changes
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Develop short-term strategies and contribute to long-term OCM strategy
- Identify risks and obstacles, providing recommendations and escalating when needed
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, IT, People & Places, and business units
- Support prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and portfolio alignment with senior leadership
- Contribute to future readiness including ERP expansion and AI adoption initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–8+ years of experience in change management and strategic communications
- 3+ years leading large-scale technology or finance transformation programs
- Experience with ERP, EPM, or cloud finance platform implementations (Oracle Cloud strongly preferred)
- Experience driving change for AI or automation initiatives
- Strong background in Finance operations: FP&A, Accounting, or financial systems
- Experience creating digital and training content including infographics, video, and interactive learning
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage global, distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities in matrixed environments
Nice-to-Haves
- Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification
- Experience in High-Tech or Financial Services industries
- Experience supporting global transformation programs
- Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or Ironclad
- MBA preferred
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field required.Pay & Benefits Summary
